INFORMATION ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
(ART. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, No. 196 "Code for the Protection of Personal Data")
In order to accept order submittions and payments online, the ROMAN WORKWEAR must manage the electronic personal information of its customers. Personal data is collected for administration issues, for example whenever it may be necessary to contact the customer, accept payment, goods delivery.
The process will be based on the principles of fairness, transparency and the protection of confidential information.
HOW PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED AND MANAGED
Personal data are entered in a database following registration on website www.romanabbigliamento.it.
Access to the database occurs using a Web application protected by a system of authentication that provides access through a user name and password.
The data may be removed from the database as a result of database maintenance, housekeeping and deletion of obsolete data. During the on-line payment process by credit card, the data is communicated via Web pages to the PayPal website.

PERSONAL DATA IS MANDATORY IN ORDER TO PROCESS ORDERS AND ACCEPT ONLINE PAYMENTS
In order to offer online booking and electronic payment services, and generally for the purposes described above, the Hotel Gallo will not receive payments or reservations where the client has not consented to the processing of personal data.
WHO HAS ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA
Only collaborators of Roman Abbigliamento have access to personal data - this includes information system managers, and the company hosting the domain romanabbigliamento.it.
The data will be used for administrative purposes and for the sole purpose of managing bookings and to receive payments. The data will not be accessible by third parties. The data will not be used for advertising purposes.

RIGHTS OF THE OWNER OF PERSONAL DATA
We inform the owners of personal data about their rights guaranteed by Article 7 of D. Lgs. from 30 June 2003 No. 196 Italian Law entitled "Act on the Protection of Personal Data".
Art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights)
- . The individual has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
- 2. The individual has the right to know:
- a) the source of personal data;
- b) the purpose and method of processing;
- c) the logic applied in case of processing with the help of electronic means;
- d) the identity of the owner, managers and the representative appointed pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
- e) the subjects or categories of persons to whom the information may be disclosed or who may come into quality designated representative in the State, managers or agents.
- 3. The individual has the right to obtain:
- a) updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of data;
- b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or block of data used in violation of the law, including those mentioned as not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, including with regard to content, to those to whom the information was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement is impossible or involves an operation disproportionate to the protected right.
- 4. The individual has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him, even relevant to the purpose of the collection;
- b) the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
