Following general conditions are applied to order submitted before 7th November 2011

The offer and sale of products on our website ( "romanabbigliamento.it") is governed by these Terms of Use.
Products purchased on romanabbigliamento.it are sold directly by Roman clothing, authorized distributor of brands Clique, Newwave, Texas Bull, Projob and Jobman.
Roman Gionata Company, an individual company, is entered in the Register of Companies VENEZIA, VAT IT 03018750269. The headquarters of Roman Workwear is in Italy, at Via Pitagora 16, 30020 Noventa di Piave (Venezia).

1. Making purchases online www.romanabbigliamento.it
To conclude the purchase of one or more products on romanabbigliamento.it, you'll need to choose products and relevant information (sizes, colors, line items), as well as give your identity and essential contact details as instructed during the use of the site.
The step in which your idenity details are asked is defined "Registration": during this phase you can choose a login and password to gain access to your profile, order lists, order state and you have the possibility to print orders. The submission of the order results in an order in PDF format. A copy of the same is sent to your email address provided during registration.
As soon as possible, Roman workwear will process the order, or contact you via mail or phone to conclude the trade talks.
The proposed order contains a summary of the General Conditions, information on the characteristics of each product ordered and its price (including all applicable taxes), the payment selected, the foreseeable delivery date, the cost of shipment and instructions on how to exercise your right of withdrawal, as well as the method and timing of returning products purchased.
The contract is closed when Roman Workwear sends you the order confirmation, after verifying the accuracy of data related to your order.
Before purchasing products, through transmission of an order, you will be asked to read the General Conditions, and confirm their acceptance by selecting the appropriate field.
The languages offered to conclude the agreement with General Conditions are Italian and English.
Once the contract is closed, Roman will be diligent in sending you the acquired clothing.
Roman Workwear cannot negotiate with purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or which are incomplete or incorrect, or for which products stocks are empty. In these cases, we'll inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that Roman Workwear has not accepted the order, specifying the reasons.
Where the products presented on romanabbigliamento.it are no longer available for sale at the time of your last access to the site, Roman will inform you promptly – maximum within thirty (30 ) days - the possible unavailability of products ordered.
Roman Workwear will reimburse any amount paid in advance.
With the transmission of the proposed order, you are committed to accept and observe these conditions. If you do not agree with some of the terms in the General Conditions, please do not forward the proposal of order for the purchase of products on romanabbigliamento.it. At the conclusion of the contract, Roman Workwear will send you via e-mail a receipt of the purchase containing a summary of information already contained in the proposed order (Conditions of Use, the information concerning the essential characteristics of the product, detailed indication of the price, payment preferred, your right of withdrawal and costs of delivery).
2. Guarantees and display of product prices
Romanabbigliamento.it offers for sale only the highest quality products. These products are purchased directly from ROMAN WORKWEAR at manufacturers and retailers carefully selected for their strict quality controls.
ROMAN CLOTHING does not sell used products, irregular or lower quality standards corresponding to the market.
ROMAN CLOTHING, in the event of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that have been altered in their essential characteristics and quality or that have been damaged.
3. Discounts and Administrative costs
Following discounts are applied
- No administration costs for order over 200 euros
- 10% of the total for orders over 500 euros
For any order having an amount less than 200 euros, will be applied an administration cost of 10 euros.
4. Payments
Payment of products and the postage can be processed:
- online with CREDIT CARD
- with BANK TRANSFERon IBAN IT49O0541862250080570159939 SWIFT
- by CASH ON DELIVERY i.e. cash or check to be given to the courier upon delivery of goods.
NOTE: FROM JUNE 20th payments are possible only on CASH ON DELIVERY. Payments with Credit Cards and Bank Transfer are suspended.
In case of payment by credit card, financial information (for example, the number of credit / debit card or the expiration date) will be provided directly to Paypal, a company that offers remote electronic payment services, which ensures that third parties can not in any way have access.
5. Shipping and products delivery
The goods will be delivered within approximately 5 days from the order date in case of CASH ON DELIVERY payment, or 5 days from the payment date in case of payment by credit card or bank transfer.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, please send by fax or mail the copy of payment receipt - we'll send you the goods immediately without waiting the 2-3 days for bank transfer notification.

7. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to refuse the contract with ROMAN CLOTHING, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of goods purchased on romanabbigliamento.it.
For refusal you must send an e-mail at: ResieRimborsi@romanabbigliamento.it clearly indicating your identity, your order number, and the articles sent back.
Shipping costs are your responsibility, including liability for loss or damage of goods.
The Right of Withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described above - is exercised properly if following conditions are entirely satisfied:
- The e-mail must be properly completed and forwarded to ROMAN WORKWEAR within 10 days of receipt of products;
- products should not be used, worn, damaged or washed;
- products must be returned intact and in their original packaging;
- products must be sent to ROMAN CLOTHING in a single shipment. We reserve ourselves the right not to accept items of the same order if shipped at different times.
If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised by following the procedures and time limits specified in this paragraph 6, ROMAN WORKWEAR shall repay any sums already collected for the purchase of products, excluding shipping charges for delivery of goods purchased.
If the return of products is made for reasons attributable to ROMAN WORKWEAR, as if the products do not possess the essential characteristics promises, manufacturing defects or there were errors in the delivery, ROMAN WORKWEAR will pay back, in addition to the money collected for the purchase of products, the costs of shipping the goods purchased.
The money will be repaid as soon as possible, and in any event within thirty (30) days we will activate the procedures for reimbursement once checked for proper implementation of the terms and conditions listed above, as outlined in paragraph 8. If Right of Withdrawal execution does not comply with the procedures and terms for the exercise of your right to withdraw, as specified in this paragraph 7, ROMAN WORKWEAR guarantees you a chance to regain, at your expense, the products, in their current state, that have been returned to ROMAN WORKWEAR. In this case you do not have the right to obtain a refund of amounts already paid to ROMAN WORKWEAR.
8. Timing and procedures for reimbursement
After returning products, ROMAN WORKWEAR provides the necessary investigations related to compliance with the same terms and conditions set out in paragraph 6. If the checks are successfully concluded, we'll send via email confirmation the acceptance of returned products.
Whatever the mode of payment you used, the reimbursement is activated by ROMAN WORKWEAR within thirty (30) days of when ROMAN WORKWEAR became aware of your Right of Withdrawal, in any case after verification of proper implementation of your right to withdrawal and acceptance of products returned.
If there is no correlation between the consignee of the goods specified in the order form and whomever has performed the payment of sums, repayment of amounts will be performed by ROMAN WORKWEAR to those who made the payment.

10. Review and update
The General Terms are changed from time to time in consideration of possible regulatory changes. The new Terms of Use will be effective from the date of publication on romanabbigliamento.it.
